TuneInfuse Privacy Policy

Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how we process your personal data at TuneInfuse. From now on, we'll call it the 'Policy'. It applies to your use of all TuneInfuse streaming services as a user, including but not limited to:

  • Your use of TuneInfuse on any device

  • The personalization of your user experience

  • The infrastructure required to provide our services

  • Connection of your TuneInfuse account with another application

  • Both our free or paid streaming options (each a 'Service Option')

  • Other TuneInfuse services which include a link to this Policy. These include TuneInfuse websites, Customer Service, and the Community Site.

 

From time to time, we may develop new or offer additional services. They'll also be subject to this Policy unless stated otherwise when we introduce them.

 

Service Provider

This Privacy Policy is between you and The Brae, LLC, located at 1350 N. Grant St. Kennewick, WA 99336.

Information We Collect

 

When using our Services, we collect the following types of information:

Account Information Some information is required to create an account on our Services, such as your name, email address, password, date of birth, gender, height, weight, cell phone number, profile photo, biography, and community username.

Additional Information To help improve your experience or enable certain features of the Services, you may choose to provide us with additional information, like your caloric intake, food choices, sleep regularities, and hydration patterns. You may also connect with others on the Services or invite friends to join by providing their email addresses, accessing social media accounts, or using the contact list on your mobile device. We do not store your contact list and delete that information after it is used for the narrow purpose of adding contacts as friends.

Payment Information Some of our Services support payments and financial transactions with third parties. If you choose to use this feature, you must provide certain information for identification and verification, such as your name, credit, debit, or other card number, card expiration date, and CVV code. For your convenience, we may store the last four digits of your card number and your card issuer’s name and contact information. You can remove this from your account using account settings. Note that third-party payment processors may retain this information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.

Geolocation Certain Services include features that use precise geolocation data, including GPS signals, device sensors, Wi-Fi access points, IP address, and cell tower IDs. We only collect this type of data if you grant us access to your location. You can always remove our access in your mobile device settings.

Product Usage When you use our Services (depending on the permissions you have granted us), we receive certain usage or network activity information, including information about your interaction with the Services, such as viewing, searching, interacting, and creating content.

Third Parties If you choose to connect your account on our Services to your account on another service, such as Facebook or Google, we may receive information like your name, profile picture, age range, language, email address, and friend list. You may also choose to grant us access to your exercise or activity data from another service. You can stop this by removing our access to that other service if you so choose.

We may also partner with other third parties such as employers and affiliated health partners that offer our Services to their employees and customers. In such cases, those companies may provide us with your name, email address, telephone number, or subscriber ID so that we can invite you to participate in our programs many benefits, such as affiliate discounts or free services.

 

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Service Maintenance And Improvement Using the information we collect, we are able to deliver the Services to you and honor our Terms of Service contract with you. For example, we need to use your information to track and provide you with your health and exercise activity and other related trends, enable community features, customer support, and improve the overall features of our

 

Services.

Safety And Security We use the information we collect to promote the safety and security of our users. For example, we may use the information to authenticate users, facilitate secure payments, protect against fraud and abuse, respond to a legal request or claim, and enforce our terms and policies.

  • Policy Declaration for SMS/Call Log:

    • We do not collect or access SMS or call logs on your device. Our application does not require this permission, and we do not utilize such data for any purpose within our services.*

 

How Information Is Shared

We do not share your personal information except in the limited circumstances described below:

When you agree or direct us to share You may direct us to disclose your information to others when using certain community features and related social tools. If you choose to participate in a challenge, information like your profile photo, posted messages, personal statistics, and achievements will be visible to all other challenge participants.

You may also direct us to share your information in other ways such as when you give a third-party application access to your account, or give your employer or affiliate partner access to information when you choose to participate in one of our wellness programs. Remember that their use of your information will be governed by their privacy policies and terms. You can revoke this access using your account settings.

 

External Processing We may transfer information to our corporate affiliates, service providers, and other partners who process it for us, in strict compliance with this policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures for the narrow purposes of customer support, payments, sales, marketing, data analysis, research, and surveys.

Preventing Harm We may preserve or disclose information about you to comply with a law, legal process, or governmental request; to assert legal rights or defend against legal claims; or to prevent, detect, or investigate illegal activity such as fraud, abuse, terms of service violations, or threats to the security and safety of any person.

Aggregate Information We may share non-personal information that is aggregated or de-identified so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual. We may disclose such information publicly and to third parties, for example, in public reports about general user activity of our Services.

 

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, we will continue to take measures to protect the confidentiality of personal information and give affected users notice before transferring any personal information to a new entity.

 

PERSONAL DATA ACCESS AND CONTROL

We give you tools to access and control your personal data as outlined below.

Accessing, Editing, and Deleting Data By logging into your account, you can access much of your personal information. You can change and delete your personal information at any time. If you choose to delete your account, please note that while most of your information will be deleted within 30 days, it may take up to 90 days to delete all of your information, like the raw data recorded and stored in our backup systems. We may also preserve data for legal reasons or to prevent harm.

Data Retention We keep your account information for as long as your account is in existence because we need it to operate your account and improve your user experience. We keep information like your exercise and activity data unless or until you use your account settings to delete the data or your account. We also keep information about you and your use of the Services for as long as necessary for our legitimate business interests, for legal reasons, and to prevent harm.

 

ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING SERVICES PROVIDED BY OTHERS

We work with partners who provide us with analytics and advertising services to help us understand how users interact with our Services, serving advertisements on our behalf across the internet, and measuring the performance of those efforts. These companies may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your interactions with the Services and other websites and applications.

 

Information Security

We work hard to keep your data safe. We use a combination of technical, administrative, and physical controls to maintain the security of your data. No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, however. If you have a security-related concern, please contact Customer Support.
